Do not be misled by the 575 fill power, it is all goose down, not a combination of duck and goose down with some feathers added to the mix. We make this terrific pillow in two weights, medium and firm. Most folks who sleep on their sides or stomach prefer a medium weight pilow and back sleepers usually perfer a firmer pillow.
