Do not be misled by the 600+  fill power, it is all white goose down, not a combination of duck and goose down with some feathers added to the mix. Our customers have been buying this pillow for years, and the only thing we get back are raves. The cover is made of a 300 thread count Egyptian cotton, very soft to the touch. We make this terrific pillow in two weights, medium and firm. Most folks who sleep on their sides or stomach prefer a medium weight pillow and back sleepers usually prefer a firmer pillow.
